Would you like to make your body a nicer place to live?Then, join me in Willen Yoga for Beginners Class!
The class takes place at Willen pavilion, 28 Portland Dr, Willen, Milton Keynes, MK15 9JP, from 7.30pm till 8.40pm.
It is a slower-paced class and geared to those who are new to yoga or prefer a slightly gentler class. We will use yoga props and modified postures to revitalise your body, release the tightness and calm your mind. This exercise returns strength and elasticity to your muscles, enabling them to store more energy.
In the end of the class your body will feel lighter and your mind more at one with the world!
Students claim to have better night sleep, an ease with hip arthritis and lower back issuers, and generally feeling better!
The class is £9.00 per a session
