WILL SHE REMEMBER ME? – The Emily Hope Documentary is a vérité film inviting viewers into the sacred space of family, grief, and memory. It's a story about living and the eternal imprint we leave behind.
Emily Hope Hofher, a 44-year-old mother, librarian and truthteller facing terminal cancer, shared her deepest wish for her daughter Ruby to understand death, not fear it, as she makes a bold choice to pursue an intentional death with radical clarity and love. Surrounded by her husband and loved ones, the film invites you into Ruby's childhood as she watches her mother face terminal cancer and navigates life in the years after her death.
