Estate planning is a crucial instrument in orchestrating a smooth transfer of assets and responsibilities to chosen heirs. Without it, your family members and/or assets might face probate court, causing delays and unnecessary costs.In an effort to take care of estate planning (something you have likely been "meaning to get to") we are offering this limited opportunity. When all is said and done, you will leave our office with final, notarized documents, including a Last Will and Testament, Health Care Power of Attorney (health care decisions), and Durable Power of Attorney (financial decisions).
The estate planning team at Hightower Reff Law has set aside Friday, September 20th with 1-hour time slots available at all day. Are you ready to make a plan? Here is what you'll need to do:
1. SIGN UP for a 1-hour time slot at https://calendly.com/kari-dmql/will-day-at-hightower-reff-law. We will then email you a small workbook to complete
2. FILL OUT the Will Express Day workbook
3. PAY for your estate planning and submit your workbook
4. SHOW UP for your appointed time with a government issued ID for your signing!
The attorneys hosting this event are providing their services for a discounted rate. Payment is due by Friday, September 13th. Payment instructions are included with your workbook. Costs are as follows: $750 for one person, $1,250 for one person with minor children OR a couple with no minor children for whom guardians need to be appointed, and $1,750 for a couple with minor children.
