Will Burton - Solo

Award-winning Adelaide saxophonist Will Burton presents an immersive solo performance unlike anything most audiences will have experienced before. Inspired by artists like Bendik Giske and Colin Stetson. Will uses circular breathing, vocalisation, overtones, and repetition to create vast sonic landscapes using only the saxophone and the human body.

The music is raw, authentic, and deeply human. All music performed is original and has been written from personal experiences. These compositions are designed to make people stop, think, feel, and truly listen.

The performance aims to lead audiences into a trance-like and meditative state. Every piece is intensely personal, but listeners are encouraged to find their own meaning within the music.
