Wildwood Spirits Happy Hour

Join us for the next WTC Happy Hour with Wildwood Spirits from 5-7 pm.

Discover the art and craft behind Wildwood Spirits Co., co-owned by Chef John Howie and Master Distiller Erik Liedholm. The afternoon will start with the story behind Wildwood Spirits Co., as the ethos of the chef and sommelier allows Wildwood to bring the “Farm to Distillery” concept to life. This will be followed by a sampling of Stark Vatten Vodka, Kur Gin, The Professor Washington Whiskey, Rendition Rye, and The Dark Door Bourbon.

As part of this experience, Erik will guide you through the layers of aroma, flavor, and finish from each spirit. After the sampling session, let’s talk mixology and taste a few creative cocktails. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or new to the world of spirits, this presentation promises to be both educational and enjoyable.
