THIS IS A PRIVATE EVENT. We've had a lot of interest in last minute tickets.We will NOT be selling tickets at the door!!!! We've been working hard on this event and want to enjoy the shows.
Tickets will be sold up until 7:00PM each show night. There will be people checking wristbands at the door and policing wristbands inside the venue.
This is a private show! Friends of the bands or Shidoobees are invited to purchase tickets, but we are not selling to the general public.
Ticket options are:
Friday AND Saturday - $75
Friday OR Saturday tickets - $40 per night
Venmo or Paypal advance purchase preferred. If paying with cash day of, please have exact amount as we will not be able to make change.

2025 Updated hotel information:
- Shidoobee discount is ~ $45/ off regular nightly rates.
- MUST BE BOOKED VIA PHONE to receive discount. Call: 609-522-8100. Ask for Daniel
- All bookings MUST be confirmed with a security deposit. Several rooms were given away in 2024 as no deposit was provided
- We are centralizing the Shidoobees above the terrace vs. above pool in order to separate our group from the families. If you prefer a room above the pool, make sure to specify when booking
- The WW committee will be meeting weekly with hotel management to ensure all reservations have been handled properly to avoid issues that occurred last year, so once you have made your reservation, please email the following info to:
