Join us to discover the impactful benefits of nature and movement in this unique Workshop: WildMotion with Willowdale + Pure Barre.
Participants are invited to join us for a morning of connection, creativity, and movement in nature. The beginning of Summer is a great time to practice and create new rituals. We’ll enjoy a barre class taught by a trained teacher from Pure Barre Bedford then connect with other participants over nourishing refreshments. We’ll end our time together by channeling our creativity into making a summer wreath to celebrate the summer solstice. Each participant will go home with a curated swag bag to encourage continued connection, creativity, and movement in nature beyond our time together.
