Our Foundation Yoga Teacher Training starts with a strong physical foundation, evolving into energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual practices.
Key principles of yoga are taught, allowing the teachers and dedicated practitioners to gain in-depth understanding, knowledge and insight into the methodology and the effects of yoga practice. Our approach encourages integration with in our daily lives.
Our teaching modules each represent a pillar of the Wildlight Yoga Method: Mind, Body and Sacred Energy.
These three pillars, when taught together, create a well-rounded yoga education with emphasis on the development of each individual.
This is a unique curriculum that has been tried and tested over the years, ever-evolving and shifting to meet you where you are on your yoga journey.
Our approach is further defined by the 5 layers known as "koshas" physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual. We like to think of our curriculum as two
"hands" of learning under two structural pillars of practice and theory.
The branches of topics vary from asana and meditation through methodology and application. This method offers a stable platform for learning on mental and physical levels.
