About this Event

The Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium is thrilled to have Doug Gimesy in Adelaide to share his perspectives on wildlife photography. In this talk, Doug will offer his insights to help us to better understand the stories behind images in the exhibition, and provide more information about his own, award winning photographs.

Doug Gimesy is an internationally recognised, award winning conservation and wildlife photojournalist with two winning images in this year’s Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition, currently on display in Adelaide Botanic Garden. His photojournalism is driven by a passion for ethics in conservation, wildlife and animal welfare.

This will be an opportunity to ask questions and explore the incredible exhibition, which comes to Adelaide Botanic Garden from the Natural History Museum in London.

Ticket includes entry to the exhibition.
