About this Event

Be part of our 3rd Annual Sweep & Learn for Wildlife Walk, where community members come together to help protect our coastline while learning about the incredible coastal wildlife found along our shores.

This guided experience combines a beach cleanup with an educational coastal walk, where you’ll discover local coastal wildlife — with a focus on California Brown Pelicans, cormorants, gulls, and sea lions — the threats they face, and how you can help protect them.

What to expect: • Guided beach cleanup • Coastal wildlife education presentation and observation • Learn how to spot and report distressed wildlife • Connect with a community passionate about ocean life

📸 Photo Contest: Capture your experience during the event and enter our photo contest for a chance to win an exclusive Wildlife Jewels Pelican-inspired work of art!

Please note: This is a guided walk with limited space, and registration is required to participate.
