Wildlife Jewels Sweep & Learn for Wildlife Coastal Cleanup Day Celebration

In honor of California Coastal Cleanup Day, Wildlife Jewels is delighted to host our 2nd Annual Sweep & Learn for Wildlife Coastal Cleanup Day Celebration at Corona del Mar State Beach!

Join us for a wonderful day of action and learning as we come together to:

• Sweep the beach by removing harmful debris and protecting wildlife habitats.
• Learn about local wildlife through stories from our ongoing EYES Coastal Wildlife Monitoring, including the California Gull we observed with a fishing hook injury.
• Celebrate community stewardship with hands-on conservation that directly helps birds, marine mammals, and ocean life.

We encourage you to bring your own reusable bucket or plastic-free bag, along with gloves, to reduce waste during the cleanup.
