Congratulations to Lady Moonshine and Doctor Jones, who have very recently welcomed seven furry bundles of joy! We are getting ready for our cute-o-meters to explode in the new year, as a couple of the puppies will be joining their Watermill Wolves family members for a very special drawing class indeed. No need to fear, as this pack are British Lupine wolf dogs. This stunning hybrids have true wolf in their bloodline- and are dead ringers for their wild relatives. They are huge, they howl at the moon and live in a pack, but are tame, friendly and happy to roll over for a belly rub. This session will take place when the pups are few weeks older, so it will just be the one/two that are staying with the pack that we will meet, as the others will have gone to their new homes by then.
Hosting the session will be nature-loving artist Jennie Webber, who will attempt to guide you through the process of drawing wolves from life – if we can manage to concentrate with all the cute. She will provide her top tips on drawing moving models, and will be all ears for any questions you have. We will also be joined by “head wolf” Natalie Langstrom, who will share the extensive knowledge of these animals she has gathered over her many years working as a canine behavioural expert. Natalie is a fierce advocate for wild wolves and will give an insight into the species and their conservation.
Our sessions are open to everyone- all abilities are welcome, and all artistic styles are celebrated! We will provide everything you need to get sketching- drawing boards, paper and a wide range of materials- but feel free to bring along your own kit if you’d like.
Here at Wild Life Drawing, we are a small team dedicated to animal welfare. We only ever work with the finest animal handlers, who treat their animals with care and respect, and healthy animals that are happy being around humans.

Please note: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be moved to another class, but can be transferred to another name- just get in touch to let us know who will be attending. We do sometimes have waiting lists for sessions, so if the class you have tickets for is sold out and you can’t make it, please email [email protected] with as much notice as possible, and we will try our best to re-allocate your tickets. If we are able to do so, you will be given a credit for another class. Children over the age of 5 are welcome to attend, provided they are accompanied by an adult who is also taking part in the class.
