Embark on a journey with Ever Wilder and Kaluna Farm in this immersive monthly class designed to equip young adults with the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to thrive in nature. Wilderness Wise: Exploring Essential Outdoor Skills will cover an array of camp skills and awareness exercises each month. Learn the ancient wisdom of woods lore, foraging, the art of fire-making, navigation, and much more.These are active classes that may involve hiking and other physical endeavors, so it’s important to come prepared. Please bring a water bottle, along with weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear.
The cost of each class includes a healthy, farm-style lunch—made with seasonal ingredients and enjoyed together at the farm.
Wilderness Wise is open to kids of all ages. Children ages 3 and under may attend with a participating adult, but are not enrolled in the program.
