This is an active, outdoor intensive. Be ready to walk, crawl, bend, and sit as we practice skills in real conditions. Wear weather-appropriate layers and bring sunscreen, water, bug repellent, lunch, and a small backpack.
15-20% of proceeds support Triangle Land Conservancy.
We cancel for heavy rain below 60°F and thunderstorms.
