As you’re mapping out your epic trail adventures for this spring and summer, consider joining us for this important event: Trail Fridays Wilderness Safety Night! This evening promises to increase your confidence and safety as you adventure in the great outdoors. Whether you’re getting ready to tackle the grand slam, training for a trail race, or just getting started on the trails, this safety overview night is a perfect place to get started!
Our guest speaker will bring you practical tips and strategies that every trail enthusiast should know including:
- Safety practices for trail runners, hikers and backpackers
- Basic first aid skills and emergency practices
- Wildlife awareness and safety
Join us early and gear up at Fleet Feet Meridian from 4:00 - 5:00pm. Fleet Feet is donating 10% of sales proceeds to Trail Fridays so we can continue bringing you all sorts of epicness!

Our guest speaker Tyler McCowan is not only a cool dude, but brings a wealth of knowledge to the table - we feel so fortunate that he is joining us! He is currently the Operational Medical Standard Program Lead with the Bureau of Land Management Fire program and an avid outdoor enthusiast!
