Wild Women Rustic Retreat is hosted at the Historic Reesor Ranch bordering Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park Saskatchewan side. Immerse yourself in a cozy fall weekend of movement, creativity & restoration. Sit in circle, connect in community, eat fresh & nourishing meals, have some free time to roam & head out into nature. This 2-day retreat allows you to unburden yourself from the daily grind & embody a more conscious version of self.What's included: Gentle Movement & morning Yoga, Art workshop, herbal workshop, Breath Series & more. Co-hosted by Kim Dick of Five Spirit Wellness - she will be bringing an orchestra of Alchemy Crystal Bowls & Artisanal Gongs to accompany the workshops during the weekend. A truly Immersive & restorative weekend filled with heart-guided collaboration & experienced guides.
