Join us for a gentle morning in nature. These events are free and designed to offer you a space to connect with nature and like-minded women.
We’ll meet at St Catherine’s Hill, Christchurch at 10am for a gentle walk and exploration. I’ll guide a grounding practice and share herbal potions from locally foraged plants. The focus is on coming together and connecting organically, with the option to share and reflect through gentle prompts if that feels right in the moment.
We are excited to welcome a very special guest to this gathering, the wonderful Julia @wild___space. She will lead us on a journey designed to spark our imagination and deepen our connection with a beloved friend.

• Blanket to sit on
• Warm clothes and layer
