In this safe, supported, and sacred space, take this opportunity to unwind, open up and share your wisdom with other like-minded women. Now is the time to awaken your wild woman within, gently step into your power and discover the magic of the full moon.
Each full moon has her own energy and characteristics that make her unique. The Moon has been integral in marking the passage of time and the changing of seasons. Throughout history she has been a guide to planting, harvesting and celebrating. She is a symbol of change as her illumination guides us toward our dreams and aspirations.
✨ Each gathering will consist of grounding breathwork, mindful movement, empowering full moon rituals, community connection and special practices connected to the energies of each specific full moon.
