Wild Woman Sacred Gathering

This month we are awakening and invoking the Wild Woman within through earthly and primal breath, movement and sound. Andrea Cairella LPCC will lead us on an internal and visceral journey of awakening your primal shakti and kundalini life force energy. You will release and alchemize any energies from the body, heart and mind which are no longer in service to your greatest good and potential. By connecting, generating and activating the full range of earth and sky energy you will learn how to become a conduit to channel and access your Authentic Power (strong back, soft front, wild heart) within. Come alive and thrive!

Rosamaria Segura will then lead us through an earthly sound bath journey to align your mind and heart with the moon's strength and earth's feminine wisdom. You will then have time to journal your insights gained from these magical inward journeys of wonderment, vitality and radiance. In closing we will deepen our integration by communing with Mother Gaia by walking on the grass and earthing our energy as we are showered by the moon beams from above.
