Whatever emotions you are carrying, they are all welcome here.
Through grounding and visualization practices, movement and our voices - we will witness and support eachother in our free expression and reclaim our power 🔥
In this particular Wild Woman event we have a special focus on empowerment.
No more good girl. No more people pleasing. No more living your life after other peoples expectations.
Connect to your intuition, your voice, your energy, your body, your heart.
What is it that you truly want?
If you had no fear, how would you live your life? How would you speak?
How would you move?
Music and movement will be a central part as we allow our bodies to move our energy.
Emotion as energy in motion.
We start and finish every event with energetic practices that allows us to deepen our experience.
Come as you are.
Be ready to move.
Be open to feel.
Be wild.
Be free.
We reccomend wearing clothes that feel comfortable, that allows movement. Feel free to wear something that makes you feel beautiful. Some layers to regulate temperature may be wise.
