Tentative Schedule:
9:40 - 10:00 a.m.: Event check-in (arrival details to be sent a few days prior to event)
10:00 - 11:00 a.m.: ERT on Wildcat Coaster, Wild West Express, and Tumbleweed Coaster
11:00 a.m: Park opens to the public
12:30 p.m.: BBQ lunch at Whistlestop Smokehouse
1:45 p.m.: Group photo
2:00 p.m.: Backstage tour with park owner, Erik Stottlemeyer
3:00 - 3:30 p.m.: Group laser tag
4:00 p.m.: Meetup, prizes, and send-off
8:00 p.m.: Park closes
Pricing:
ACE member: $48
Non-ACE member guest*: $58
Children under 3: Free
Parking: Included
*Non-member guests must be attending with an ACE member who is also in attendance.
