About our women’s gathering
The Change Within is a Wild Warrior Women sauna gathering created especially for women in midlife.
Whether you are pre-, peri-, post-menopause or somewhere in between, this evening is about honouring change rather than forcing it.
Held on the Spring Equinox, when light and dark meet before the shift into longer days, this gathering mirrors what many women experience during menopause. A natural rebalancing. A change of pace. A movement toward clarity, truth, and renewal.
This is not about fixing symptoms or pushing through.
It is about listening, softening, and letting change unfold in its own time.
What the evening will feel like
The experience gently unfolds in three movements, guiding you through heat, release, and integration.

1. Arrival & Threshold

We begin by grounding into the space and naming this season of life as a threshold rather than a problem. Through mindful reflection and gentle intention-setting, you are invited to arrive just as you are.

2. Heat, Release & Renewal

Guided sauna rounds support the body in letting go. Breath, heat, and stillness work together to soothe the nervous system and invite release.

You’ll take part in a spring solstice scrub ritual, using handmade sauna salts infused with rosemary and citrus, chosen for renewal, clarity, and fresh energy. This ritual symbolises shedding old layers and welcoming what is emerging.

3. Cooling, Integration & Reclaiming

Cooling and rest create space for integration. Through compassionate practices and a short guided meditation, you are invited to reconnect with your body as an ally and reclaim this stage of life with gentleness and respect.

Why this is different
This is not a menopause workshop.
It is an embodied, nature-based experience that honours the wisdom of your body and the rhythms of the seasons.

You will be warmly held, never pushed.
There is no expectation to share, perform, or explain yourself.
Just space to be, breathe, and reset.
