Join us for an empowering one-hour event where we'll gather around a cosy campfire on the beach, exploring fun and playfulness as a way to connect with our inner joy.
By bringing lightness into meditation, you'll come away with a renewed sense of happiness, increased emotional freedom, and the ability to bring more joy into your daily life.
Afterward a beginners meditation practice, we'll venture into the sea to harness the power of water for a deeper somatic experience. This will help you release stress, feel more embodied, and embrace a sense of freedom.
Come away feeling rejuvenated, empowered, with replenished energy, ready to face life's challenges!
