Join us for an empowering one-hour event where we'll gather around a cosy campfire on the beach, making connections, and exploring how to embrace change, navigate transitions, and align ourselves with the natural flow of seasonal shifts, both externally and within.
Afterward a beginners practice, we'll venture into the sea to harness the power of water for a deeper somatic experience. This will help you release stress, feel more embodied, and embrace a sense of freedom.
Come away feeling rejuvenated, empowered, with replenished energy, ready to face life's challenges!
