We’re talking export-only legends and single barrels from back before the shelves were packed with 900 brands you’ve never heard of. This isn’t about tasting notes or proving you’ve got the best palate in the room. This is about drinking the good stuff and enjoying the ride. No pens, no paper, no pressure. Just history in a glass, good people, and a damn good cocktail before we kick you out.

Wild Turkey 17-Year Silver Label (2001, Japan-only) — The kind of bottle that makes collectors cry.
Wild Turkey "Cheesy Gold Foil" 12-Year (1990s export) — The classic 101, turned up to 12.
Kentucky Spirit (2016 Single Barrel) — Peak Russell magic, straight from one barrel.
We’re starting this throwback tasting on National Bourbon Day, which may or may not be based on facts — but it is the perfect excuse to pour something rare and raise a glass to the legends who made it.
