Wild Tings Reggae Fest is a one-day outdoor celebration of music, food, and culture featuring international DJs, live performances, arts activations, and a high-energy crowd. Join us as a vendor and put your brand in front of a large, diverse audience that’s ready to discover new flavors, products, and experiences.

• Consistent, all-day foot traffic near stages and activations
• Social and on-site visibility (select vendors featured in pre-event promo)
• Easy load-in/load-out with on-site vendor support
• Prime festival timing (Saturday afternoon into evening)

• Food & Beverage (food trucks, booths, desserts, non-alcoholic drinks)
• Retail & Art (apparel, jewelry, crafts, artwork, wellness)
• Experiential/Brand Activations (games, photo ops, interactive)

• Designated 10’x10’ space (larger footprints available in ticket options)
• Vendor check-in & support team
• Festival vendor credential(s)

• Pop-up tent (10’x10’), weighted/secured
• Tables, chairs, display fixtures, lighting (if needed)
• Extension cords/power strips (if you purchase power)
• Required permits & insurance (see Food Vendor Notes below)

Wild Tings Reggae Fest is a rain-or-shine outdoor event. Vendor fees are non-refundable once approved and confirmed. If the event is postponed by organizers, your placement will transfer to the new date.

1. Select your vendor space type from the ticket options (Retail, Food Booth, Food Truck, Activation, Add-Ons).
2. Complete checkout and make sure you fill in all required information.
3. Watch for the Vendor Packet with load-in details, site map, and final instructions (sent 5–7 days before the event).
