Come expand your taste buds and explore the wild world of Wild Spices!
In this class we will cover traditional and modern uses of a number of wild spices. From cedar and sumac, to wild leeks and mushrooms, come taste and sample a variety of both wild and traditional spices, discuss any medicinal properties, and talk about prospective culinary uses.
You will have the opportunity to create and take home 2 Wild Spice Blends for your own use.
Instructor: Sue Larson
Tuition: $30, Materials: $28 ($10 per additional jar)
