Confidence, friendships and self discovery, one weekly workshop at a time. 6 weeks of real talk, creative activities and connection for girls aged 8 to 10.

Wild Spark is a small group workshop designed to help girls build genuine confidence, understand their thoughts and feelings, and grow strong, supportive friendships, all in a warm, judgement free space.

Each week blends real conversation with hands on creative activities, including a take home journal and affirmation activity she can keep building on between sessions. Over the six weeks she'll explore:

• Understanding her thoughts, feelings and what shapes her confidence
• Beliefs about who she is and who she's becoming
• Understanding big emotions and how to work through them
• Navigating friendships with more ease

We also make space for honest, age appropriate conversations about growing up, always handled gently and with plenty of care for what each girl feels comfortable sharing.

Participation is always opt in. Quieter girls are never pushed to share before they're ready.

Price: $100

6 sessions, Tuesdays 5:30pm to 6:30pm,
