There will be a part with a crystal bowls, flute, and therapy harp soundbath and we will continue with very slow meditative movements that will allow us to become present with our bodies and surrender the parts that are holding us and our life force. Ending will be sealed with wisdom circle and rose petal ceremony.

Please arrive a few minutes before 6:30pm so we can start on time

There will be warm herbal tea for all. Also space is limited only RSVP if you are sure you need to be there ..
