Wild Seed Slam is BACK!

The Wild Seed Slam invites you to join us for an exciting night of poetry every second Saturday of the month.

The Wild Seed Slam is a slam dedicated to amplifying the voices and stories of artists. We are committed to having a safe space by which that plainly means there is no toleration for harassment or bullying of any kind. We are dedicated to celebrating and honoring our differences through the art of storytelling.

***Doors open at 7:00 PM

Competing poets should be present by 7:30 PM***

Event is $10 entry

To slam, it is $25

As we continue to grow and evolve, our criteria for our slam must do the same.

Here are the rules/criteria for the 2024-2025 slam season. We will continue to evaluate what is working and what needs adjustments. We will make changes as needed.

RULES:

Round 1 (12 Poets) 3 minute round ten second grace period

Round 2 (6 poets) 3 minutes ten second grace period

Round 3 (4poets) 3 minutes ten second grace period

First and second round- cumulative

Third round- clean

3 minutes and a 10 second grace period
