Join us for a vibrant and hands-on creative workshop designed especially for children aged 7 to 12, set within the inspiring landscape of our beautiful Forty Hall Estate.
In this fun and engaging session, children will explore the rich wildlife of the estate, from curious foxes and fluttering butterflies to ancient trees and buzzing insects, using them as the starting point for their own artistic creations. The young participants will be introduced to simple printmaking techniques to create bold textured patterns and will then experiment with collage to bring their animal-inspired artworks to life.
This workshop encourages creativity, play and a connection to the natural world, all within the beautiful and historic setting of Forty Hall. Children will learn new artistic skills and take home a unique handmade masterpiece.
Please note this is a messy activity so we recommend bringing an apron or wearing old clothes. All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the session. Adults do not need to book a place but must remain present.
