We are still working out the full schedule, but we will be kicking off the morning with a 10 minute warmup run. Following the run we will be handing the mic off to our Hyrox representative who will run us through a Hyrox simulation.
Hyrox combines functional fitness movements with running and can provide essential strength for runners at all levels.
If you go through the entire workout and think you might be interested in taking it to the next level, our Puma representative has four free entries to the Houston Hyrox competition in March. You can compete as an individual, duo or relay team.
