Join us for a labyrinth walk at Ann's Labyrinth in Shepherd Park to encourage and celebrate intention, mindfulness and community. We'll begin with a centering meditation, everyone will get a chance to walk the labyrinth, share their experiences. If you'd like to participate, and have time to do so, we're planning to share food together at the park after - a brunch picnic to celebrate the energy of gratitude. Bring something to share if you are so called.
