Wild in the Streets - Film Screening
Psychotronic Cinema presents Wild in The Streets. It's a election year over in the States so why not show the film about the only presidental candidate worth voting for? Christopher Jones plays Max Frost, a rock singer who wants to lower the voting age for 14. Shelley Winters, Richard Pryor, Hal Holbrook and Ed Begley co-star. John Waters and Joe Dante are some of the notable fans of this lysergic call for revolution. Reportedly banned in France in the wake of May '68. Features the song "The Shape of Things to Come" later covered by The Ramones and Slade amongst many others.
Includes pre-show of trailers for other acid drenched films.
