Wild Heart Alchemy Dance is a trauma-informed ecstatic dance journey for women — and if you've never heard of ecstatic dance, you're exactly who this is for. There are no steps to learn, no performance, no one watching. Just a safe, sacred container where your body leads and your whole heart is welcome: the grief, the joy, the fire, all of it.
Together we'll journey through the energies of the divine feminine and divine masculine — softening into the tender heart, awakening the wild one within, and alchemizing what no longer serves you into embodiment, freedom, and bliss.
Within each of us lives both the divine feminine and the divine masculine — two ancient, holy forces longing to be seen, honored, and woven back together.
This is your invitation to come home to yourself.
In this 90-minute ecstatic dance journey, we will move through the feelings that live in our bodies — the ones we’ve carried too long, the stories that told us we weren’t enough, the old wounds of unworthiness and the desperate need to shrink ourselves just to fit in. We will alchemize them. Transform them. Release them to the earth and the ether.
Supported by the loving presence of our spirit guides, archangels, and ancestors, this dance is a sacred container for:
