Registration and Bar Opens at 4:30pm
Raffles Open at 4:30pm
4 Course Dinner will be served at 6:00pm
1st Course - Vegetable and Rabbit Lentil Soup. Served with Freshly Baked Ciabatta Bread.
2nd Course - Assorted Mesclun Green Salad with Sesame Crusted Seared Tuna and Green Goddess Dressing.
3rd Course - Grilled Bacon Wrapped Red Deer Skewer with Garlic Cream. Paired with Pan Seared Duck Breast with Cranberry Maple Glaze. Served with Wild Mushroom and Rice Herbed Pilaf and Oven Roasted Asparagus.
4th Course - Fall Featured Dessert
The Wild Game Dinner is $70 per person
