The Wild Game Banquet is an annual event for men to come together and enjoy great food, fun conversation, and hear a testimony of God's grace. Our speaker for our 2025 Wild Game Banquet is Dr. John Ewart.Dr. Ewart is the founder of A New Normal Consulting and Conferences, the author/creator of A New Normal: Creating Understood Value for a Revitalized Church, and of R.E.A.C.H. (Reaching Every Available Community Household - a prayer, outreach, and discipleship strategy implemented through the open small group ministry in local churches). He has also authored various other book chapters, curriculums, articles, etc. He currently serves as the associate vice president for Global Theological Initiatives and Ministry Centers, and professor of Missions and Pastoral leadership at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina where he teaches missions, evangelism, church revitalization, and leadership courses.
Most importantly, though not raised in church, Jesus used a friend to draw John to salvation in a football locker room and then blessed him graciously by leading him to marry Tresa, his best friend, partner, hero, and the strongest follower of Christ he has ever met.
