About Chef Dazore + Cooking the DetailsChef Dazore is the owner of Cooking the Details, a Black woman-owned cooking school based in Carrollton, Texas. With over 12 years of teaching experience and a background as both a chef, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and educator, she helps people of all ages—from kids to adults—feel confident in the kitchen. Her hands-on, from-scratch classes focus on real-life cooking skills, reducing waste, and finding joy in food. What started as her passion has grown into a community-centered space for learning, connection, and fun.
