Wild Flow Expressive Movement - First Class of Term 3

Wild Flow is back for Term 3!
Wild Flow isn't your typical kids' class. It's not about getting it right or following strict steps. It's a space where children can simply arrive, move, and be exactly who they are. With gentle prompts woven in to help build awareness of their bodies, their emotions, and their own capability to express and regulate, and of course all the dance props they love, and lots of fun!
After taking some time off to deepen my dance therapy studies and reconnect with my own practice, I'm ready to bring that back into the room with your little ones.
Each class is 30 minutes of expressive movement followed by a yoga story cool down, the perfect midweek reset after a big day.

Children don't always need to be taught. Often they already know what they need, and the magic happens when we simply create the space and witness their unfolding.
As Isabel (age 5) said after class: "It was so fun to do what we wanted. No adults told you what to do and everyone had fun. I can't wait to go next time!"
Just bring yourselves, and maybe a water bottle
