“When a Health Journey Leads to Self-Discovery” This will be a conversation about how Celia’s search for physical healing led her to a spiritual transformation. She will share her story of how her recovery from hormone complications and gut health issues brought her to a place of higher health on every level. We will explore the interconnectedness of outer and inner healing, and the sacred place in which the two overlap. This session will include time for questions and dialogue.
Celia's Bio:
"My personal recovery from Post-Birth Control Syndrome and my simultaneous Menopausal journey taught me to take better care of my body in ways that led to higher health than I had ever imagined. This life-transforming experience calls me to help others heal. As a retired teacher, I want to share all that I learned on my healing path as I offer others a glimmer of hope. This is how my work was born and what inspired me to establish Higher Health, LLC in December 2024. I love empowering women on their journey to holistic well-being by offering a blend of individual support, group education, and community events. In April 2025, I completed Trauma-Informed Facilitators Training and completed my Menopause Coaching Certification in November 2025."
