Start you Sunday with flowers. This event will take place in downtown Medford at Zen + Tonic. We will begin our session with an open discussion on the divine masculine and feminine then move into a nidra meditation focused on balancing the two energies. We will close our practice by creating our own flower bouquets by tapping into the feminine. All flowers will be picked fresh and grown locally.
