Wild & Woven is a space for women to gather, question, rest, reflect, and explore what it means to be fully human — in our bodies, our lives, and the world we are moving through. This monthly gathering is for rest, reflection, empowerment, and connection. Each circle includes guided discussion, reflective or creative activities, breathwork or meditation, restorative movement, and a closing sound bath.
August's theme is meeting yourself with kindess. We often speak to ourselves in ways we would never speak to someone we love. This circle centers on self-compassion, inner kindness, and learning to treat ourselves with the same care we offer others. Together, we’ll explore self-love practices that feel honest, gentle, and attainable.
