A monthly gathering created for women to slow down, connect, and find support in community.
Each month offers a different theme and a new opportunity to meet yourself where you are. Our time together may include meaningful conversation, journaling, gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, creative activities, sound, or simply space to pause and be present.
There is no expectation to have it all figured out. Come as you are, connect with other women, and leave with a little more space, support, and connection than you arrived with.
A place to gather. A place to be seen. A place to reconnect with yourself and one another.
In November we will be exploring what belongs to us... and what doesn't. We carry responsibilities, expectations, worries, roles, and sometimes even emotions of those around us. The circle will explore the invisible weight we accumulate and ask ourselves what is truly ours to hold what can we set down and where might we make more room for ourselves?
