Wild and Grounded – A Women’s Empowerment RetreatHosted by Smokin Rose Ranch | Cedar Fort, UT
September 18–20
There is something powerful that happens when a woman steps into the presence of a wild horse.
At Wild and Grounded, you won’t just observe a mustang—you will partner with one. Working with a wild horse requires patience, clarity, softness, and strength. As you learn to communicate through energy and intention, you’ll begin to see your own leadership, boundaries, and quiet confidence reflected back to you. No experience is required—just a willingness to show up.
Each morning begins with grounding yoga and guided meditation, helping you connect to your breath, your body, and your inner voice. When you are centered within yourself, the horse responds. And in that response, something shifts.
Throughout the retreat, journaling sessions will give you space to process breakthroughs, uncover limiting beliefs, and anchor the growth you experience in the arena. Reflection turns moments into transformation.
You will also experience Reiki energy sessions designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and restore energetic balance. Reiki supports emotional clarity, reduces stress, and creates space for healing at a deeper level—allowing you to step forward feeling lighter, grounded, and aligned.
As the sun sets, we gather for a powerful drum circle—where rhythm, community, and shared stories create connection and release. The drum reminds us of our heartbeat. Of our strength. Of the fact that we were never meant to do this alone.
This is more than a retreat.
It’s a return to your grounded, confident, empowered self.
✨ Find your inner strength while working with a wild horse.
