Wild Agave Spirit Tasting And Comedy Show

But Mexico has over 23 states producing agave spirits and more than 158 species to explore. Expand your palate at this tasting at Nitecap, led by Lou Bank. You’ll enjoy five heritage agave spirits paired with five handmade craft chocolates, each telling a story of place and people.

Lou is the founder of SACRED, a non-profit and 1% for the Planet partner, helping improve lives in rural Mexican communities where these spirits are made. Since 2017, SACRED has contributed over 75,000 agave seedlings, built rain-harvest systems and wells, and supported greenhouses to help communities secure their agricultural future.

The tasting will conclude with a comedy show featuring some of the city's best comedians.
