The Wiggle and Giggle Fitness Program is perfect for young children ages 1 to 6. Each session will improve coordination, balance, and strength as they explore a variety of activities, including creative dance routines, basic tumbling exercises, and sports skills.
Kids will get to imitate fun animal movements like hopping like a bunny, slithering like a snake, and more during storytelling. It’s a fantastic way to keep kids active while letting their imaginations run wild!
