The Wiggle and Giggle Fitness Program is perfect for young children ages 1 to 6, but children ages 7 to 10 may participate as well. Each session will improve coordination, balance, and strength as they explore a variety of activities, including creative dance routines, basic tumbling exercises, and sports skills. They’ll also get to imitate fun animal movements like hopping like a bunny, slithering like a snake, and more during storytelling. It’s a fantastic way to keep kids active while letting their imaginations run wild.
Classes are free and are held every Tuesday from 1 to 2 p.m. from October 7 through November 18 (No class on November 11 for Veterans Day). Kids can participate in one or all of the sessions. For more information, please contact the Gymnasium at 301-809-2389.
