UPDATED OPENING WEEKEND DATE:Fellow Ozians, It's THE movie event of the year and we all will need a mental escapism come November.
A theatre full of fellow fans and musical lovers will be the perfect place to celebrate this POPULAR spectacle will prob be the best audience experience. (Feel free to invite whoever you want to the group, as I am sure I will be missing a few people)
As we get closer, we will vote on the date/time for the movie. Since I rented a theatre for Barbie, here are some of the details:
*The screening will be OPENING WEEKEND (Nov 22)
*Max private theatre rental can fit 30 people, with an estimate average of $10-$15 for your ticket
*Dressing up is highly encouraged and there will be a prize for best costume ;)
*Once there is an idea of date/time, you must pay ASAP to RSVP for the movie.
*Tickets are non-refundable but I will do my best to find a sub who can pay you back IF you cannot attend
So feel free to join this group and keep an eye out for news/details/announcements as we get closer.
*Please note BASHING THE MOVIE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Let us rejoice, let us be grateful that we get a big budget mega musical on the screen and we are not forming any critical opinion of a film you have not seen yet ;p
