Wicked Cookie Decoration Class

✨💚 Join Meadowlark Custom Cookies for a magical, beginner-friendly cookie decorating class that’s so fun, it’ll make you feel like you’re Dancing Through Life! 💚✨

In this 2-hour session, you’ll:

• 🍪 Learn the basics of sugar cookies (don’t worry, it’s beginner friendly!)

• 💚 Practice piping with royal icing

• ⭐ Receive step-by-by step instruction for decorating 6 Wicked--themed sugar cookies

• 🧙‍♀️ Explore tips and tricks for the perfect dough and icing (no witchcraft needed)

• 🎶 Listen to your favorite songs from Wicked to set the mood

• 🏆 Compete in a Wicked trivia game (winner gets a prize!)

By the end of class, you’ll leave with 6 gorgeously decorated cookies, new techniques to show off, and a little extra confidence to take your decorating skills to The Emerald City! ✨

We’ll provide everything you need, cookies, icing, tools, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in! All you need to bring is a smile (and maybe an apron).

This class is perfect for aspiring bakers of all kinds, ages 8 and up. Feel free to fly solo or sign up with a friend (or friends if you’re popular!) 🧹💕

Date: Thursday, January 29th 2026

Time: 6:30-8:30 PM. We start at 6:30 PM sharp so we can have enough time to decorate and answer questions along the way.

Price: 60 dollars per person

Location: The Gateway Diner 899 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12206

Parking: Free parking available on site

🎨 What’s Included

We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in - we just need YOU! Each to-be-baker gets 6 cookies, 4 icing colors, sprinkles, and all the tools necessary to knock this cookie class out of the park! Everything is prepped right before class – so no baking or icing mixing required. Just decorate!

Ages 8 and older are welcome to attend. Any participant under the age of 14 must also be accompanied by an adult taking the class.

⚠️ Allergens

The cookies include the following ingredients: all-purpose flour, butter, powdered sugar, sugar, meringue powder, eggs, salt, baking powder, corn syrup, vanilla extract, LorAnn princess cake and cookie emulsion, food coloring, and sprinkles.

These cookies are prepared in a kitchen that also bakes with common, known allergens: milk, eggs, wheat, and nuts.

Please consider your allergies before registering, as this class may not be suitable for individuals with severe allergies.

❗ Class Cancellation Policy

Classes may be canceled at the discretion of me, the event host. This rarely happens – but in that extremely rare event that it does, you’ll receive a 100 percent refund.

Classes with attendance below 8 participants may be canceled. Don’t be sad! You can either get a class credit for a future class (along with my apologies), or a full refund! I’ll let you know if your class has low attendance 3 before the event is canceled so that you can bring a friend (hint hint) or find other plans for that day.

🤔 What if I signed up for a class but can't make it?

If you are unable to make it to class, you may transfer your spot to a friend to take your place. Email [email protected]

if you need to transfer your ticket to another friend. Otherwise, we cannot accommodate refunds unless the class is canceled.

🎒 What do I need to bring?

Nothing but a smile! Everything will be provided for you including my (rather tasty) sugar cookies. All you need to do is join us and have fun! Messy decorator? You can bring your own apron or just wear easy-to-wash clothing. There is a PowerPoint for reference, so if you wear glasses, we'd encourage you to bring them as well. Oh – and bring your phone – I love photos! 📸💕
