Elphaba, an ostracised but defiant girl born with green skin, and Glinda, a privileged aristocrat born popular, become extremely unlikely friends in the magical Land of Oz. As the two girls struggle with their opposing personalities, their friendship is tested as both begin to fulfil their destinies as Glinda the Good and The Wicked Witch of the West.
The producers of FRINGE WORLD Festival present an open-air cinema experience like no other, six stories high in the centre of the city, with panoramic city views for sunset drinks and eats before you settle in for your movie.
Doors open at 6.00pm and the film screening starts 7.30pm.
Benedict’s Burgerbuns is open from 6pm-8pm and our Candy Bar has all the snacks and drinks you need! Rooftop Movies is an 18+ licensed venue, and no outside alcohol will be permitted. Please check our website to see how minors are able to attend, and what ID is acceptable to gain entry.
